Is there any way to make the joints look smaller?

I'm using Kork as a base model/skeleton. But, the joints are extremely big, and they get in the way of seeing my model, so It's really hard to rig it.
Does anyone know how to make them look smaller?

Ah, thanks. I've had Milkshape for about two years, and never went into the Preferences window.

If you are using kork sceleton imported by shaper, I recommend using the Scale All tool to get the right size, or just remember to set the scale from .dts plus exporter to 1.0 instead of default 0.1.
