Using TGEA for simulation

I remember reading somewhere it was not allowed to use TGEA for simulation purposes. Is this still the case? Can I at least create a non-commercial prototype for demonstration purposes and then pay a license fee to commercialise it when it's ready for market?

People have been known to upgrade licenses (Indie->Commercial, mainly), and that would probably be fine with them, but you'll probably want to email them directly to work it out just to make sure. Hope that helps.

Yes you still have to get a special license from GG for non-game purposes. As far as I know Davey Jackson is still the guy in charge of this area. Just email Davey and talk to him about what you want to do.
