CVS problems :(

Hi all, Im having trouble with downloading the dev kit with CVS, and found out at out IT team that they are blocking about all the ports except those for http, etc.

Is there any other way to get Torque?

My first recommendation would be to kick the IT department's ass and make them open up some ports for you, but my second would be if you're using WinCVS to go to Admin menu and then to preferences. If I remember correctly there should be a tab called ports or something similar there and you could change it to one of the open ports.
