Flickering Lights

A little while ago, I wanted to make a bunch of torches with cool flickering lights (using melvs lighting code). I wrote up a quick program to make my life easier.

Since their fourms require registration, why don't you just post the link to the file and info here?

Only the programmer's section of TEP requires registration. That part is of our new Artist's section, which does not need registration .-Eric Forhan
