Error: Transaction Cannon Be Processed (t3d preorder error)

I have gotten all excited about getting T3d, finally got some money issues cleared away. But me and a few others are recieving Error Transaction Cannot be Processed. How do we get this resolved. I have tried to contact someone directly at GG but it appears everything is on Answering machines. Anyone in the office that can resolve this issue directly?

    Definitely, this obviously is a very important issue for us :) Looks like the excitement of the Torque 3D pre-order has made the site blow up =0

    I have like $900 worth of stuff sitting in my basket ready to go ... *bounce* *bounce* ... I like getting bonuses at work ... feeds my Torque Habit. :P

    if i was GG i would turn everything they get from T3D into $1 bills and put it all in a run and just jump in it. :P sounds fun don't you guys think. :P

    We have identified the issue and are working on a solution and going to try and promptly test it as quickly as possible... What makes this even more interesting is coordinating efforts among those at the GG office in Eugene and those at GDC as we speak.

    I'll post here once I get word we have a solution, there should also be a blog posted about this once we get a solution.

    Edward ... I managed to just get my transaction through ... went through very smoothly and I am downloading my stuff as we speak.

    ok, i got my transaction through, but im not getting a download link? any suggestions. Its showing up in my account..

    The pre-order isn't available for download yet. The Closed beta will only be released in April. But I would reccomend you go on over to the private forums and e-mail your information for your T-shirt. :)

    Ok so everything should be in order (form the time Quinton posted) for now. The problem was a bit more complex than we expected, though are working towards ensuring it won't happen again.
