Creating an installer

I have finally figured out how to make an installer with XNA 2.0 and the Inno utility. My question is, by using Torque X with XNA would this still be possible. In XNA you include the *.exe and the contents folder. Looking at folder structure in Torque X what should be included, The *.exe and the data folder? what about the *.xml file. Or is there a better way to package a game embedded with Torque X 2.0, for distributing a windows game, with or without XNA installed.
