I have a bunch of models I purchased and I want to use them in torque, they are in x format and animations and such is already there. I do the export but I can't really understand most of these guides that are out.

It's not a guild but I suggest to use fragmotion for animations and milkshape for export for low budgets ;) It's only $25 as far as I remember and much easier to handle than milkshape. But it also needs some time to get in touch with it.

Models are already animated, I just dont know exactly, and for some reason can't really comprehend the animations export

Deborah, I know pretty much the object basics, my problem is getting the animations from milkshape to torque.

These are fairly cheap and provide working templates (shameless plug, but we built them to do what you're talking about).
The manual is free and may answer a few MilkShape export questions.
Also, the Poser 5 & 6 to Torque - Character Workflow ends up in FragMotion and MilkShape.
