lightning on Hammer or Toque SDK

Hi all,
How should I add lightning to my model for toque engine?
Is use Valve Hammer or Torque SDK.
In addition, is any differnce in control lightning indoor/outdoor

For exterior lights, use fxLight, fxSunLight, or tgeDayNight (an add-on resource) portions of Torque. For more information on the last three, do a forum search on their names.

For interior lights, use Worldcraft, Hammer, Quark the usual way (omni light, spot light, strobe light) see Desmond Fletcher's tutorials here to get kick-started: holodeck.st.usm.edu/vrcomputing/vrc_t/tutorials/editing/. For exterior lights, use fxLight, fxSunLight, or tgeDayNight (an add-on resource) portions of Torque. For more information on the last three, do a forum search on their names.
