TGEA Programmer for multiplayer FPS

I am looking for a programmer/programmers with a good understanding of TGEA to help in the making of a modern day FPS on a similar scale to games like CS and CoD.
A few shots of the project early prototype...




An idea of what is required...
- True First Person view for weapons with reloads etc...
- Extra animations for players, weapon specific, crouch movements etc...
- Weapons... knife, grenades, explosive, various firearms with unique handling, recoil and rates of fire
- Hit Scan, much like Quake games
- Hit Boxes, Location damage, head, arm, leg etc...
- Dedicated server, master server, login user and pass
