Solved - Collision Editor dialog not appearing (TGB 1.6.0)

Ok, my noob questions should be getting annoying by now, but I'm kinda under a crunch to get this game together and soon. But I've been looking around the tutorials on the site and have seen pictures such as this: tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/Image:PSK_1_Step10.jpg
However, when I click on the "Edit this objects collision polygon" button in the editor, I simply zoom closer to the object at hand, and can set the collision points from there. Normally, I wouldn't have a problem with this, but quickly defining the points according to object space has become really important. This also applies to the tilemap layers popup, and my particle graphing tool looks kinda barren as well.
Am I missing an update or something? I know I'm still working with V1.6 Pro and people are talking about 1.7.2 in places, so I'm probably behind. Also, does anyone know of the process get these changes into the builder, like do I have to pay the $250 again?
If this has already been adressed, can somoene point me to the correct thread. I don't even know if this belongs in the public or private forums.
Thank you in advance.
