I get "Server Unavailable" when trying to sign in as a ranked player. What do I do?
You may be behind a firewall (Windows XP and Norton have products like this, for example) and it may be configured to stop outgoing connections. You will need to open up outgoing connections on port 80 (normal HTTP) to www.21-6.com in order to communicate with the Rank Server. Consult your firewall software documentation for configuration instructions.
If you still cannot connect to the Rank Server, send an email to orbz@21-6.com or leave a message in this thread.
