Tile Map Editor on MAC

OK so I'm using TGB on my MAC and I'm working on a tutorial in the Strategy Genre and its asking me to click "Project" then "Tile Map Builder" in the menu bar, but it's not there. The ones that are there are "image map builder" and "animation builder."
How can I get to the Tile Map Editor screen??
