Major perfornance upgrade for Chain Reaction version 1.1.0.0 is

Hi All,
I just upgraded Chain Reaction to version 1.1.0.0. Consider this a major performance upgrade that you'll want to get.
I was able to decrease the level load time by about 10 times. There was a surface initialization bug I finally found. Which was being very inefficient.
I also fixed a window task toggle bug which was causing some crashes on some machines. I understand that this newest version is more stable when running multiple processes.
Finally the On-Line help links are now being routed to the Chain Reaction Product page until we can get our FAQ and help written up.
