Survival of the fittest

#1 W00t!! I just got thru survival of the fittest in 51.61 seconds

#2 This level is positively fiendish! It may actually take me the rest of my life.

#3 It's not really that hard getting through that level. The trick is to use the tornado to your advantage and just be nimble with the moving blocks

#4 I can't wait until I finish my MBG guide - I don't even get near the tornado! I kept beating Survival of the Fittest over and over in an attempt to get the gold, and eventually I had times of 37.02, 37.05, and 37.09. (gold time is 37.00)

...and then I realized there was another Time Travel in the level! I got that Time Travel and finished with a lovely 32.33.

Anyways, to never get near the tornado, hang out on the ramp right before it (towards the side with the Time Travel), then when the moving platform appears roll onto it and forward at the same time, then just jump at the end of the moving platform. You can jump straight onto the next platform from there, totally skipping the tornado.

That level is so incredibly easy for me now (after getting well over 70 golds already).

I'm trying to beat Will 'O Wisp. Is there some clue that you can give me to beat it? I know about dropping down and claiming the first gem and have had time close to gold (i.e., 32 secs), but I can cut the corners. Any suggestions or do I have to wait for the movie.

#6 My best time is 29.xx (so no gold there yet). The path is pretty obvious, but the hard part is bouncing off the path with the last gem and shooting up to the goal (which saves a lot of time).

You should get the first Time Travel at around 23 seconds (I think).

#7 Ok, that helps and gives me a goal. Yes, it seems that the last bounce up to the fourth gem and then the finish must be done in one smooth sweep.

#8 @solo, I guess you alrdy know this but when you hit the first button, you can "cheat" and jump to next platform which is going down and there you save about 5 sec....
