couple small site things - make the forum title a link, and reduce the header size

just a couple small things.
in the What's New page, i would strongly suggest making the forum titles be _links_to_the_forum_they_represrent_,
and other people have said this but i'm just echoing it:
while it's cool to see the graphical banner up a the top of the forums page,
it takes up a lot of premium page real-estate. perhaps the banner could appear only on the entry page ? that is, on the page you land on when you click "community | forums". the other views, such as viewing a particular thread, viewing a particular forum, or viewing the what's new page really don't benefit from it.
also just noticed the "view all watched threads" link (http://www.garagegames.com/community/forums/watched) seems to return a 100% empty page.
