Pre-Ordering TorqueX 3.0 3D

Someone in the know please help me on this one. If I were to pre-order the new TorqueX 3D engine, would I have access to any previous version of the engine and/or torque builder in the meantime to work with? I am purchasing the engine for use in my 4th year Software Engineering project, an Xbox 360 game. Also, any word on a release date yet? I am hearing "soon" and "anytime now", but a real date would be nice.

Torquex 3d is a totally different engine from torque x 2d. I talked to one of the employees and he said they haveto waitnfor microsoft to approve twit product for XNA before rju can offiially releasenit
