Register creator club edition link is broken

I have a creators club membership and realized I can get tx2d through that. So I try to register it and the link is broken!!!

I'm not surprised, but how can I register it?

I have the same problem, and I hope that it can be soon rectified... at least within the rest of my demo time :)
