I went to buy the iPhone pre-purchase, it says it failed, I looked at my bank account and your system went NUTS charging my bank account, you EMPTIED IT, you have now charged me > $10,000 in charges and I am overdrawn mega! Your system is going NUTS and you have no PHONE NUMBER for me to call for help1!!!!!
STOP CHARGING MY CARD, I only wanted 1 licenses not hundreds!!!!

Surely your bank wouldn't let charges like that go through so rapidly and easily... I would think it would flag the charges as potential fraud O_o

I am in panic overkill at the moment.

this was based on their automated system, so it is automation vs automation, all my accounts are linked, so unfornately this emptied them all, I will go to the bank when they first open to try to get all of the charges reversed, but do to my bank account type, they can go under in an insane level, I have never seen them like this other than 1 other time and that was when I was hit with identity theft, I thought they put a block in place, but apparently when they were purchased by another major bank, that block was removed, this is killing me, thank god I got my gas in my tank before I purchased this thing, they have no number to call and no single emergency line for garagegames either... sighI am in panic overkill at the moment.
I'll have to wait till tomorrow to see how bad this gets..

I am pretty sure they will make it right with you and reverse all the charges and make it right. You have to remember that GG is a business that has standard business hours like 8am-5pm but I am sure they will answer you as soon as possible.

Hopefully they will, just in a panic state because at this moment, I am dead broke. If I am lucky a flag was thrown at the banking level that halted most if not all of it but the first few purchases, that means that what I see tonight is a prepurchase transaction attempt that is not officially cleared the bank. I will know for sure tomorrow. Either way, no lunch money :(

I would honestly Advise anyone and everyone to NOT buy anything from thier store untill GG gets thier crap together. They should have pulled the store down the moment they started getting mass emails from everyone whose accounts started getting overdrawn. Instead they left it up. Wanna bet they are not covering all the OVERDRAFT fees cause by thier store being COMPLETELY BORKED UP right now? Sorry our store charged your account 23 times case NSF fees of 30 Dollars a pop. Have a NICE DAY.

Wow, that really sucks. On the other hand, I'm pretty impressed that you have more than $10K in the bank. I can't manage to keep more than $10 in the bank before the next payday comes around. I'm cursed with children. ;)

Jonathan, we haven't seen anything like this before. We don't have 24hr staff on call, unfortunately, but I'm sure that we'll get you taken care of tomorrow. If necessary, we'll work things out with you bank and make sure there are no permanent negative consequences.

I know you all don't have 24/7 staff, but this was a heart attack for me and the $1500 has actually cleared at this point. I am just looking to have $1000 of that $1500 reveresed back. I won't know more about the other charges in full for another day at best :(
If this helps any, I used my iMac and safari web browser to place the initial purchase which gave me an error page. After that I emailed sales through your form. What are the business hours where I can reach someone? Just left a voicemail for accounts receivable, I am at work, so I will have to call again since I can't get any inbound calls here. I just need to know when to call to speak to someone. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, the bank is still showing all of the transactions as pending, they told me to contact you all first and work things through and give is up to 2 business days for everything to either clear or fail. They told me not to worry about the overdraft charges, they will all get reversed when this gets fixed. Worse case at this point they are telling me of those charges, only 3 of them have cleared for a total of $1500, (which was $1000 over what I had in the one bank account I charged it on), the rest are all showing insufficient funds, I asked them how then it nailed my other linked accounts, and they said those should not clear since it is over my max link transfer limit for overdraft. Its all machine to machine related fubars at this point. I am going to call that number eb posted and see if I can get anyone. Understand please, I don't fully blame GG for this, it was my stupidity for having my play cash account linked to my bill pay account, but I did that for the REVERSE reason, so that if my bill pay account went over, my play cash account covered it, unfortunately, it had the reverse effect.
Wife told me that after this is done, I definately have to open a seperate bank account at a different account and put all money in that account for bills, so if this happens to me again, it won't effect our ability to live. As it stands, I can't buy food, gas, anything for the next few days which is again, bad, since our frige is about empty and I was supposed to go grocery shopping tonight to get milk (we down to half a gallon and as I mentioned, 3 kids), almost out of a few other things, so everyone has to ration a few things for the next day or so. We usually spend about $500 a pop at the grocery but only go once ever 2 weeks on wednesday.
This is all just bad luck and bad timing.

Joe, I don't keep that much in a single bank because of this issue, but I keep accounts tied to avoid overdraft problems. After this, I am breaking all tied accounts so that they are no longer tied and going to use more than 1 bank. As you can see, I don't have more than $10k in the account, but that is how much there machine is attempting to take. I got 3 kids and a wife and I have bills that have to be paid. Unfortunately this hit more than my play account, it hit my bill paying account which is linked to my play account (bad mistake on my part). Wife says I am a dead man if this all clears because we still have 8 bills that have to be paid this week alone. I will contact all of them and put a stop on the autodraft and ask them to be lenient on the pay schedule and hope they don't charge me late fees until this is fixed. I don't get paid again for another 10 days, and that check won't cover all bills. I am looking at probably excess of $200 in late fees with all my bills if I don't get them paid on time in total. GG will make it right with you and your bank. It will just take them a little time to do it. Generally a day or two tops. You should here something from them today when they make it into the office. Just remeber they are a West Coast based company so they operate in PST time zone.

I trust they will. Been a customer of theirs since ~05 and never once had an issue until now. Trying to just give them all the facts since there is no other medium to use but the forums. Only system that has never worked it seems is there support email form, I have sent in tons of questions in the past using there online form, just like I sent to sales last night, in 3 years, I have received no email responses to anything using that form. I use it just incase it does go through. I wouldn't have posted here if I was confident in that system working, but I am not confident in that system, but I am confident in the forums and someone from their watching them and forwarding on the information.

I did get an error when I went to submit some updated information using the form this morning before I left for work, "Error processing request" if I recall. Other than that, nothing else for detail on the error when I submitted the form.
FYI the log above showing the bank statement results are as of this morning, they update the date daily until it is cleared. So the unclear ones will continue to update there dates daily until they clear.
