Player housing request

Wasn't sure where to post it so I thought i'd post it here.
Is there anyway we could get a customizable player housing option where we can put into a context menu what we would want people to be able to customize like the Sims. For me If im going to be forking out roughly 300$ to build a game , I'm going to want a player housing addon of some sort, I dont play games without player housing so why would I build them. I guess some people use it for other games other then MMO's but I'd be really interested in a player housing addon and It definitely would intice me to buy the products and the addons. Cheers....
