Did GarageGames take out the help wanted & looking for work sections?

I can't seem to find them anymore. I was just about to look for a job on GarageGames. From time to time, I see contests on the forumns for winning $$$ for creating logos for other companies, but like I said, only from time to time.

Should I maybe try looking on Gamedev.net?

Also, this is out of the question, but what web hosts are going to be affordable for me? I'm just looking for a host that would be good for my artist portfolio, that has a low monthly payment.
