Is there still a Constructor Forum????

HELP! I can't find anything anymore. Where is the constructor forum? Also, is there a place to see my previous posts/threads like on the old site (when going into "My Account")? That used to be the only way I could find my way into the constructor forums and now that is gone, I think.
