I use both. A new computer caused me to start using Vista...and I have no problems at all using Torque. Most of the reported "issues" that I have seen are erratic & inconsistent and hard to confirm that they're XP vs Vista related. My overall performance and ease of use are up on the new comp, but then it is a more powerful computer.

I use XP(64 bit), and Vista(32 bit). Vista is fine if your computer is chock full of RAM. My XP64 seems to run TGEA kind of wierd, something wrong in the timing system perhaps. I've tried Win7, and it works better than Vista. I like it.

I use Vista, and everything works fine.

If you're having Torque/Vista problems, disable UAC (which is the spawn of the DarkOne) and don't use Aero (which is useless eye candy which eats your resources).I use Vista, and everything works fine.

It's actually been available in Beta since October, when I got it at the professional developer conference.

@Tyler: Um - thanks for saying I'm a liar. But the truth is, it's available right now in Beta form to anyone who wants it. technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/dd353205.aspx

Don't say I am calling you a liar, I thought that you might have thought Win7 = Vista.
Believe me, ALOT of people have thought that Vista is Win7, and I thought we were talking about the full version.

I do keep UAC active though, and I recommend it. It absolutely can help stop bad things (though, I admit I've not needed it to save my bacon just yet... safe surfing FTW). After you finish installing everything, UAC doesn't bother you anymore... the only time I found it annoying was when I was modding Crysis, where it popped up every 10 seconds... but the simple fix was to just modify the permissions for the folder to "full control" for users. No biggie at all, after that.
Windows 7 (and Vista SP2, since they will use the same kernel) is looking to be even better though. Currently, the performance stats and the features are looking great, and I can honestly say that I think they may actually nail Windows 7 coming out the gate.
