Avi to OGG converter?

Any tool for avi to ogg conversion?
avi to ogg video format (not audio format)

If you are just needing to change the container format from avi to ogg(ogm), VLC will work fine. VLC does do some transcoding of codes as well if you want, but I've always had inconsistent results with VLC in that area.

Which transcode methods i select for audio and video to convert OGG?

My transcode methods-
Video - Theora
Audio - Mp3

But its not played in "GuiTheoraCtrl".. how can i solve this?
