Is their an animation that just a demo, not the real thing. u c i dont have the money to buy the items. if u can help me with this i'd appreicate it thx!!!!!!!!!!!!!

U could also show me some characters and their animations (u dont have if u dont want to) thx again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure what you are looking for; there are several demo animations included in the "demo" mission for TGE with the scripts to trigger them. There are also video tutorials for creating content in Blender (and, I believe animations) so that you could export and work in Torque for free. But I do not know if that is what you are looking for.

Wat im looking 4 is a program that allows u to create animations, but i noticed that a program called houdini is pricy and i don't have t he money to buy it. wat i want to know is if there a demo animation program that i can use for free

Well, as David pointed out already, Blender is free.
