Creating indoor environments

I'm currently in the designing process for a game I'll be creating with a few other people and after researching various game engines Torque is definitely looking to be the best choice, in terms of price and ability. One thing I was wondering is what is the best way for designing the indoor environments. I haven't seen anything about the torque editor being able to do that, just stuff about outdoor environments. The first part of the game we're creating takes place in a house and there is a door to go out to a little outdoor environment so I'm just wondering how I create or import the indoor environment. Right now I use Maya for most of my modeling and will be creating the characters and some of the objects with that.
I've used Valve's hammer and Monolith's DEdit level editor before and was looking for something similar but that was compatible for Torque.
Thanks

But I'd still recommend Constructor.

If you really love hammer, then there's this:tork.beffy.de/tutorials/Hammer_WorldCraft/Configuring_Hammer_For_ToRK.php
But I'd still recommend Constructor.

Thanks, I don't know how I missed seeing Constructor anywhere but that was exactly what I was looking for. With Constructor is is possible to import my map into the Torque Game Engine where I've created an outdoor environment and the player can walk into the indoor environment and outdoor environment seamlessly without any loading? Also, if there are windows in the indoor environment will it be possible to have it looking out to the outdoor environment and see the skybox and terrain outside? Thanks

Yup, you should also look into a process called portalling, it something thats built into contructor as well. But takes a little bit of practice but its a snap once you get it working properly. but it willwork fine without it too. Just cut a hole for your windows and doors, and you can see in and out fine.

You add the map you create to the game map through the interior instance object. Once you add that object you can position scale size whatever in the editor.
