3DSMax DTS Exporting Problem

I'm having a problem exporting semi-complex objects in 3DSMax. It isn't THAT complex because my friend is able to export the exact same object, but I'm having problems. When I add bounds, and collisions, then export the whole shape, 3DSMax will freeze for a moment, then show an error message:

"an error has occurred and the application will now close"

Then it closes, but it still creates a dump and dts file. The problem is.. It doesn't actually work. It's just there..

This is a question that I REALLY need answered, but I also have another question.

I do not know how to get UVMapping to work as a dts. When it exports, the textures don't show up (Not that I CAN export it). My friend figured out how to get the textures to work, but then the collisions don't work. But when the collisions DO work, the whole object is invisible.

Can someone make a tutorial for me or something? Thanks!
