Are you a really good programmer?!

Well, then you're probably overexperienced for this project. I need someone to collaborate with on a project that will utilize existing technology and programming to create a simple yet highly marketable engine which will allow gamers to create thier own RPGs for play on the web. I am testing draft plans right now for the game design, then will provide an archive of artwork and animation for the game, while you script it.
