EULA for Torque X

I've been looking at Torque X Engine and was wondering how I would be able to fulfill the requirements of the EULA if my game is distributed on the XBox 360. It states in the EULA

(c) Licensee agrees to include in the "About" box or in the credits screen of any product, game or software created with this Software: (i) a link to www.garagegames.com, and (ii) the wording "This game powered by Torque X."

So my question is, how does one create an "About" box or a (i) a link to www.garagegames.com
that would work with the game on the Xbox 360?
As far as I'm aware, the 360 has no browser, so does this "link" have to be clickable, or can it just be the text as shown above so someone could copy it down on paper and then use their computer to navigate to the garagegames site? Am I missing something and there is a way to "link and browse" on Xbox 360...or there will be soon?

I'd assume you include the clickable link in the version you deploy on Windows, whilst simply displaying the info on the 360 version. It's probably just an oversight with Torque X been used on both 360 and Windows.

You may be right, however, I\'d like sort of confirmation from the actual people at www.garagegames.com on this matter before I dig any deeper into using the Torque X engine.
I honestly have no problem advertising for Torque/Garagegames, and giving credit where credit is due, however, I absolutely will not use the engine if it ends up catching me in an EULA dispute where, through no fault of my own, I cannot comply with the \"letter\" of the EULA, and some additional fees are requested of me to modify the EULA. An oversight on the part of garagegames needs to be confirmed and remedied before \"anyone\" should proceed with using the engine. Additionally, it\'s not a guarantee that I\'d even release on the PC, at least not \"at first\", because at this point the Xbox 360 distribution model is currently lower cost for a potentially larger audience than teaming with many of the large distributors for PC games on the web and/or retail.

Gary is correct. I was asked this on support a while back and got it clarified to me. Provide the information on the Xbox build, but since there is no link ability, the information is enough. On the Windows version, it must be a link. Hope this clarifies it.
