I Need A website designer (I will pay a % of website gross)

I am looking for a professional website designer who can build my website. Now I do not have money to pay for the service, however I will pay a monthly percentage of the gross for 2 years (will put that in a legal contract) Its a complex and sophisticated website, In a nut shell... its a Internet Broadcasting website with will utilize an online "paper boy" (in the form an incentive program)to generate subscribersPlease e-mail me at chris_stracc@hotmail.com only serious inquiries only please. thank you

I work for a website development company, they named HAL the talking computer after us ;-)
I've worked on many "professional" websites (see my profile for a list). I actually know some guys at work who could help you with this, but I doubt they'll do it for the deal you are offereing.
No slam intended or anything but friendly advice. If you want professional, then the pay comes up front, If you want someone who might be able to do the job, but to what extent is a big guess, then your current offer might suffice.
You might be able to entice some pros to come out of the woodwork if you stated expectations of this % you are offering up. ie is it 10 percent of 15,000 for 2 years? Whats the sites general size and complexity? Things like that. Paint a better picture and you might get some genuine input, but without some details no one with the criteria you've stated will come out to see whats up.
Just my 2 cents.. good luck with the search.

Thank you william, the percentage is actually 20%, the first month will probly be less than 5,000 however the second month sould be around 10,000 and it should increase on a monthly basis. the site size should be less than 30 pages however it s a very complex site.
