Game' for health club, team building

The goal for this is to complete a game for use in a health club/gym setting. Looking for motivated team members, able to work on their own schedule. The normal programmer, 2d artist/gui, sound/music. If you think you can contribute i'd be happy to speak with you.
The reason you want to work on this project. I'm very easy to work with, have worked similar games to this before, and we can work out what you will receive for your contributions; Whether you want to be paid, or own part of the game for future profits.
