Ok, I bought the TGE, I also bought the:
GG Studios: Content Pack 2
Graveyard Mini Pack
RRGTS: Sticks and Twigs Environment Pack
Now, after installing the TGE I went through the initial Tutorial which was most helpful. I figured I was ready for some content packs.
After installing these packs nothing really said how to install them.
#1. Is there a General Resource Pool or something I can install everything so that I can easily pull assets into a Mission/Zone from the same locations?
Now, the one pack I bought says it has 42 buildings...where are they? The shapes folder has two things in it. Nothing anywhere shows the buildings. I dumped a lot of the assets into the GameOne folders but when experimenting with the various items, my Engine always crashes. I assume it's because there is a special way I'm supposed to install this stuff?
I also tried loading up a mission from the big pack, got an error saying I dont have the proper version or the proper art files?
I've looked through the docs but I dont see anything explaining specifically how to install this stuff.
One of the packs said I need the FPS Starter kit which I haven't been able to find anywhere.
Getting a little bit frustrated and would greatly appreciate any lamens explanations. I'm not a programmer or a developer at all. I'm simply trying to learn the basics of this Engine so I can better communicate and understand those who join my future dev team for the MMO I'm planning. I'd also like to help in the world building.
I have my Engine and all content packs uninstalled and ready with a clean slate to start over.
Thank you.

I know how you feel. There is a lot to learn and no really perfect place to start. What I would suggest is to choose one thing to focus on--like trying to get a particular model from the packs into the game, and focus on finding information about how to do that.
I can't answer in a single post the dozens of questions implied in your post, particularly since you haven't given us much detail to work with. I suggest you pick one thing to do, and post about that thing specifically, in a new post.
Once you get that sorted out, move on to another thing. And another and another and so forth until it will all start gelling together and making overall sense (which I assure you it does).
The content packs really really should have come with instructions, and I'd be amazed if they didn't. They may well just be in the installation folder on disk as README.txt or something like that, though.
