Grid Size

I am plotting my zones in graph paper and trying to make sense of the Grid Size in the World Editor.
It shows the default as being 10 x 10 x 10

Is that 10 wide, 10 long and 10 high?

How does that relate to the size of the players and distance in the game?

The standard unit of measurement in torque is 1 meter. The maximum terrain size you can have before it tiles is 4x4 square km. Once that line is breached, the terrain will tile forever.

The Kork is taller and wider than your average human, if that helps at all.
