Exporting video?

Hi all,

I was looking at this earlier....

....very impressive... not just the Torque demo, but the video.

Does anyone have any insights as to how one might achieve this? I mean.... I have a game in development that's approaching the demo stage. How can I record myself playing in a video as smooth/detailed as the above?

You can buy an expensive screen movie capture program, or, like the rest of us, you can get Fraps then convert using another program like the free windows movie maker.
