Screenshot?

What do you have to do to get a screenshot and then were does that screenshot go so i can retrieve it?

The keybind is usually CTRL P, you may have to set a binding for it. Look in default.binds.cs. Your options screen -> Graphics panel will let you select either png or jpg for the format of the screenshot. Oh, and it will be saved in the root directory of your game with the name of screenshot_XXX-YYYY, with XXX being session# and YYYY being shot#.

Ok another stupid Q. wheres the root directory? i go to C drive the Torque and it has a whole bunch of folders

The root directory is the folder where the game's executable is loacted (the program you run to play)
