Looking for partners/team for MMO/RTS hybrid game

An exciting and large project, I'm looking to put a group of people together that can accomplish the goal. I am looking for partners in the project that have experience with the TGE and/or prarie game's MMO kit. Partners would earn equal share of any profits.

Im also looking to put together a team who is either willing to work for royalties, or pay at project completion.
