Project Names allowing non-alphanumerica characters

Not really a bug, but it bugs me :)
Look at the project list, it lists alphabetically, and lists non-alpha characters before the ABC's, so, you get a bunch of folks naming their project things like:
"""Project Fyrnaech"""
! __Magnum _Opus__ !
etc (thanks to fred aka moomoo for the examples).
Doesn't exactly smack of profesionalism :)
