It's not mandatory, but if it is related to documentation and tutorials, I would be a great first contact for this kind of project. TDN will be my preferred avenue of consolidating and organizing Torque docs and tutorials. From there, additional polishing will help get the work into the official documentation.
To be blunt, 3rd party Torque tutorial sites have always fizzled or become dead ends.

Or....as an alternative you could just help me with compiling and organizing tutorials on TDN.It's not mandatory, but if it is related to documentation and tutorials, I would be a great first contact for this kind of project. I find I can never find stuff on TDN it doesnt seem like theres much on there.
And the website would probally be a place to just post my own Tutorials Besides compiling others.

The thing about TDN is only members can get on it but then again who would want Torque Tutorials besides those who own it LOL.I find I can never find stuff on TDN it doesnt seem like theres much on there.

Finally, the official docs are open to absolutely everyone. I do have plans of loosening up TDN restrictions, but that won't be happening immediately. Like I said, you don't have to listen to me, but as the official doc/tutorial person for GG and the community I might be a better avenue.
I could definitely use the kind of service you want to provide. I just want to use TDN instead. All of the negatives against TDN will be going away very soon, but the benefits are apparent and available now.

TDN is actually chock full of content, it just needs to be organized like the TGB section. Don't be surprised if you see a lot of my rough drafts end up on TDN before they hit official docs. As more community members create docs, they will be sorted and finalized on TDN.Finally, the official docs are open to absolutely everyone. Will you be putting any Torque X tutorials as well?

TorqueX tutorials are definitely on my radar, especially with the recent 3D Builder beta that was released. I'll probably be getting a little help from John K, who recently wrote an amazing TorqueX book.
