Vehicle steering question

I'm working from the starter racing package included in the TGE SDK.
I'm trying to make the wheels drift back to a straight alignment after the user has stopped turning, so that the vehicle will straighten out by itself rather than fish-tailing wildly. Can anybody offer any advice?
