Buying more licences with one card only

Hello guys, my first post here
I simply have one question before I buy TGEA, me and my friend (he models and I code) want to buy TWO copies of TGEA to work on the same game, am I allowed to buy two licences with just one card?
We already know we should buy 2 Indie licences of TGEA.
Thank you in advance!

In the past it is whoever that will need access to the C/C++ source code of the game Torque engine will require a license while artists, scripters, and other non-engine programmers will not need a license. Doesn't that still hold true today?

Yes it does.
@Giampaolo
You will only need a license for your coder (you) since you will be the only one working with the C++ code. As an artist, he should be fine not having a license and working with the Artists documentation and not needing engine-coding level access.
@Alan
That's the way to do it if you have two people who have access to the engine source!

Someone official from Garage Games will more than likely chime in here (David Montgomery-Blake or someone similar) to confirm this, but what I did with my son was each of us created accounts with Garage Games.
When we purchased each license we just made sure that we were logged into the respective accounts. I then used my card for the payment info. The license for each was tied specifically to the logged in accounts/individuals.
Edited because of akward sentence construction.
