Hi, i read on a review that the EULA on TGE prohibits use for educational games (or requires extra fees) but i didn't see anything in the ELUA when i read it, but i'm not a lawyer. can anyone confirm or deny that since i want to develop and educational game for kids.

thanks, steve

Educational licenses are for purchasing multiple licenses for a school to allow the students to use Torque to build games as part of a course.

I'm not a lawyer but as long as you are making a game targeting PC's then you're probably within the bounds of the licensing agreement.

I know of at least one educational game already out, although made with TGB. Kanji Kansen is the name. I don't think the TGE/TGEA licences differ in what sort of games are allowed. Employee input is appreciated on this :)
