I would recommend providing information about the game, specific jobs that are associated with what you are looking for, etc.

Oh right sorry well it's a small business and what I am hopefully going to be able to do is a zombie RTS and what I need is people who can help make the zombies and animate, scripting, and basically anyone who can help in the development and design field, but sadly all I can offer is a percentage of the profits for the game in a contract as I currently have zero so I doubt anyone would be willing to help. :( Oh and also another game the company will be working on sometime is a game I named World War 3: The Oil War, and what happens it is China figures out how to convert coal into oil and so the U.S. goes to war with them to capture the secret from them so if anyone can help me with these projects please speak up

Your profile says "I am only good with level design nothing else", and you do not own the Torque SDK. If there is no pay for the project, and all you have is an idea, you'll need some kind of incentive to attract all of the programmers, artists, etc. that you'll need to complete your project. Everyone has their own ideas, and people that possess the skills required to make a game tend to work on their own ideas when there is no pay involved.
Based on your above posts, I assume you've got an idea for a company name and a general idea for a game or two. Start working on something on a small scale that is attainable and sounds fun to you. Write a design document in full detail describing the design, technical, art, gameplay mechanics, etc. Gamedev.net is a good place to get a template.
Grab the RTS kit and start playing around with it. Get a couple of model packs and design some kick ass levels, and post some screenshots of your polished designs on a blog. I promise you will learn a lot along the way. From there you can hope to attract others to help you complete your project. But, don't be afraid to jump in and put on different hats as programmer, artist, and designer. You can never learn too much.

Is your company licensed (i.e. LLC)? If your company has zero cash that's not a good thing :PYour profile says "I am only good with level design nothing else", and you do not own the Torque SDK. Yeah I know I haven't got much to start with but that's how a lot of companies started which is why I plan to use packs all ready out there to make the RTS game (using the RTS starter kit) to make the world War 3 game, for example for the Chinese infantry I am going to use the Sci-Fi Soldier pack because the chinese are very advanced to show that they've got more advanced technology while the U.S. is still somewhat in this era by using Modern Infantry pack for the U.S. Soldier. Plus for the environment for a level I will use the downtown environment pack so it looks like that the U.S. is invading beijing :). So that pretty much says a lot for it and the first level.

Is there any game information or do you need a new fresh game idea, because I have one posted.
