Torque and ctdproxy.dll conflict?

Hey

I installed all the software for my sound card a few days ago... (player, EAX effects etc)

But when I run any of the torque engines, I get an error to do with "ctdproxy.dll" which is a dll for my Creative Soundblaster Audology 4 sound card...

If I rename the dll or move it out of the "c:\windows" folder, I can run torque... but I loose most of the software functions for my sound card.

Has anyone else faced this problem?
