EULA and Splash Screen questions

Hello,
We are about to release a free ware game GoGo, Digger made with TGB, so I've been looking so see if there's a default template for the EURL for the user to look at before agreeing to install the game.
I've found one on the net, but I'm sure that there will be details I need to include in regards to the Torque engine / IP and I'm not a legal expert so I was hoping for a "cut and paste" to add to the EMUL.

Finally, am I right in assuming that I now need to include a full screen Torque splash screen as the first screen on running the game? I couldn't just do a single splash screen which says:

(Please forgive the poor text art work, I can supply the splash screen if requested).

I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I would like everything to have the same graphical style in the game (we have worked long and hard on this game so we want it to look as good as possible).
Any official clarification would be gratefully received and just like to say that TGB is well worth the money.
