- Crop audiohandles for automatic weapons to prevent filling of all audio channels
- Add assault mission type

you would probably get more downloads if your server had more bandwidth, my dsl downloads like a 56k from that link

That is probably because you are in America and the server is in Australia. Try the mirror ;)

Does it have a single-player version by any chance? My non-net computer could run Trakers on max settings...but this one struggles with the menu.

We have plans to include AI Code so that botmatches are possible though.
Obviously, if you are not connected to the net, your character can no tbe upgraded as the characters are stored online in our character server.

Is there a problem with this release in joining a game on a dedicated server?
I've set up a 'Gnometech Trakers Server' for everyone to try, but nothing appears to happen when I select the server in the client and click on the 'Join Server' button. In the console, there isn't even an error message about the attempt. It's as if the join server button isn't doing a thing.
To double check that it wasn't my network setup, I started a Dog of Prey dedicated server and was able to connect up. I also didn't have an issue with previous Trakers releases.
I'll leave my server up and running for others to try out. Please let me know if it works for you or if you were successful in getting your own dedicated server working.

Yeah, the original downlaod had that problem but I fixed it and reuploaded early on in the piece. I had thought that I had upload the new one before anyone had downlaoded it but apparently not.
Either download the new version or change line 437 of joinServerGui.gui from
%index = getField(JS_serverList.getRowTextById(%id),6);
to
%index = getField(JS_serverList.getRowTextById(%id),7);

1) Add another extra Assault map
2) Add crouch and possibly prone abilities to players
When we do this and release a patch we are going to try and organise a reasonably sized game at a specific server/time/day so that we can check out how the game goes with a decent number of players in it.
We are hoping that this will take place in the near future but probably will not be before Indie Games Con.
