Cell Shading

Ah the good old days. I reinstalled XIII on my pc a couple of days ago... and dam i love the way ts done.
I was wondering, is it possible to get TGE to render in cell-shading? I mean if you look at the facts it makes texturing alot easier! Even if you look at games like Ultimate Spider Man, it still has a strong sense of realism within the game.

Some of these posts and others like it (do a search for cell shading) may be a bit out of date but they show that it can in deed be done.
