Sniping again.???

I asked in this forum thread about zooming and stuff

now i still have one problem.. Only the guy who is playing the server is able to zoom.. all the other ones not. and also if sombody presses the e button the zoom will jump on on the guy who is playing the server.. strange isn't it???
