Warping energy/ health bar?

Hello, I have been trying to make my energy and health bar fit around this GUI im currently making, though I cant figure out how to do it... I got the GUI located at http://www.prynix.com/hud.jpg (Yeah, its ugly.. tho its scratch work right now..). If anyone can help me out with this, I will really appreciate it. Thanks
