Think about a game where the story is about a small civilization at some "just-found" planet that has breathable air and so on... Earth has suffered over-population and has started moving on that planet and your part of the first group who started living there, well it isn't very nice place to live, big arachind style creatures live there too, so your one of military team members of the colony, your job is to keep arachnid style creatures away from civilians while you are waiting for support from earth.
Basicly the gameplay would be FPS/TPS in large outdoor areas with your base, you need to have teamwork to defend against monsters, player classes would be: Builder, builds barricades out of junk and turrets from weapons and stuff, Heavy-Support, slow but carries big guns like chain-gun or rocket-launcher or more cooler stuff, Scout, fast and he goes around the base with binoculars looking for attacking monsters and he tells people how much, what kind of, and from where monsters are attacking so other players know how to prepare. Soldier: It has assault-rifle and basic stuff, good mobility.
You should defend the base and yourself for about 15 minutes and the monsters would be stronger and stronger after every "wave".
It would be played like 3-6 people having cooperative work, one bunker/base in the middle, lots of monsters, some main parts of base like generator and satellite that must not be destroyed.
