Pi and CHips Game Design, needs artist and programmers

Hello All,
Pi and Chips Game Design is a small up and coming indie studio based out of Florida. We are currently trying to build up the team with members familiar with torque (TGB and TGE). Right now our team sits at 7 strong and we are looking for some programmers and artist**Character Modelers, riggers, animators. We are currently working on two major projects one is an 2d-action platformer based upon the world of poker, and the other is a 3d beat-em Up Super hero parody ( www.subparheroes.com) most of the documentation has been completed and we are attempting to move beyond just pre-development into actual development.
So if you are looking for a serious project that has great potential, and you want to get involved in this grand project, shoot me an email with your info.
If your an artist please provide some sort of previous artwork, as well as availability. We need someone who can provide 5-10hrs a week to us, as we have some existing deadlines we are attempting to meet.
For the programmers :
To help me understand a bit more about your skills, please give me an
idea how your skills and experience rate in the following areas on a
scale of 1 to 10. Some of the info overlaps and some you may never
have hard of, but that's fine. Sorry for the drudgework, but this will
help us divide up tasks more easily.
Data structures
Algorithms
Person and project management
ASM/low level programming
C/C++/mid level programming
Java/C#/high level programming
Script/Other language
RDBMS
Simulations
Random/stochastic behaviors
Functional programming
OOP
AI(e.g. Decision trees, state spaces, bayesian networks)
Hardware abstraction
VMs
OS Internals
3d engine design/concepts/internal structures
this will help our lead programmer better when determining what you can and can not do. Also it is very important that you have at least looked once or twice at some Torquescript. If you are new and just looking to get your feet wet please plan to give us 15hrs a week of your time.
This venture is a profit sharing venture and full credit will be given.
