Cyrillic path name problem! (TGB 1.7.2)

Hello, world!
Than I try to set game path using cyrillic symbols - game not launching at all - saing 'Function ... not found'. I change path to latinnic - exception is gone. May this problem be solved with some flag or option? If I missed something?
Similar problem appears than I try to write files in 'ApplicationData' folder (windows system folder). That path containing user name that almost always written in russian (by the way 'MyDocuments' written in russian too).

If not, the same fix might help, or the problem is likely something similar.
